Controller

Genspect, The Steps, O'Connell Street, Birr, County Offaly, Ireland, is the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation. As an Irish organisation its lead supervisory authority is the Data Protection Commission in Dublin. Contact: [email protected].

Data we process

Contact form: name, email address, optionally country, and the message. Purpose: replying to you. Storage: on our hosting platform, forwarded by email to Genspect, deleted within twelve months of the last exchange.

Server logs: IP addresses and request data, kept briefly for security and diagnostics, never used for profiling.

Third-party embeds

Episode pages embed the YouTube player. When you play a video, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own policy. Every episode page also provides a plain link to youtube.com.

No tracking

There is no analytics tool, no advertising network and no social-media pixel on this site. We do not sell or share personal data.

Legal basis and transfers

Processing rests on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data stays within the European Economic Area except where Google processes video playback under its own safeguards.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable by writing to [email protected], plus the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission or to the supervisory authority of your own member state. We reply within one month.
